Liability and indemnity - FBO Handling
Regarding liability and indemnity, the provisions of the applicable IATA Airport Handling Manual, (AHM 810) Standard Ground Handling Agreement, Article 8 "Liability and Indemnity", sub-Article 8.1 - 8.5 will apply to all ground handling services rendered for airlines.

Roskilde Executive Handling and Roskilde Airport can never be liable of any consequential damage, direct or indirect, loss or expenses, loss of profit, anticipated savings, loss of profit or revenue or any third party claims.
