General criteria for issuance
To obtain a permanent ID card as a private individual for access to Roskilde Airport’s restricted area, the following criteria must be met:
- You must be able to document a legal and legitimate purpose for entering the restricted area.
- The ID card must be used at least 22 times within a period of 12 consecutive months.
- The card must be used at least once per quarter.
- You must comply with the following regulations (available in Danish only):
Applying for a new ID card
If you do not have an ID card and wish to apply:
- Create a profile for the CPH Now portal using the form below.
- Attach relevant documentation depending on your status:
- Private pilot: Attach a copy/photo of your flight certificate.
- Student at a pilot school: Attach a statement from the school indicating the duration of your training.
- Other purpose: Under “Other”, describe your legal and legitimate reason for accessing the restricted area.
- Profile application approval
Roskilde Airport will review and approve your application. Applications may be rejected if the reason for access is deemed insufficient. - ID Card application process
