Unfortunately, Naviair can not display SNOWTAM from the new GRF format on their website. They are working on either updating the page to display SNOWTAM or displaying information that SNOWTAM does not appear on the page. Naviair has a new NOTAM website in the pipeline, which they are trying to accelerate the development on. Until then, they will probably add a text on the old website describing that SNOWTAM pt. Can not be displayed and that they refer to the fact that you can create a user on EAD Basic (www.ead.eurocontrol.int), where SNOWTAM can be downloaded.
